  • health checks
  • assessments of town centre vitality and viability
We have a track record of assessing need and making the case for retail developments, and progressing them through the planning system.  We produce the evidence base for town centre and retail policies in the development plan.  
 
Our public sector work ensures that we remain at the forefront of policy, whilst understanding the pressures facing local authorities.  To date, we have participated in the plan-preparation process in around 300 authorities across the UK.
