Brewery Square
Roger Tym & Partners is leading the planning process in securing the regeneration of the 11 acre redundant Eldridge Pope Brewery site in the centre of Dorchester.
The site is within a Conservation Area, contains four large listed buildings, some archaeological remains, and is located in a sensitive environment. Working with architect Piers Gough, the firm has secured a new Local Plan housing allocation, as well as a hybrid outline planning permission, full planning permission for over 20 buildings and listed building consents.
The mixed-use masterplan creates a new residential-based quarter of over 650 new homes, with hotel, arts centre, shops, restaurants and a new station.
