Adala has a background in regeneration economics and local economic development. She has extensive experience of statistical analysis and qualitative and quantitative research.
Adala has assisted in developing the economic evidence base for, amongst other areas, the business and social enterprise interventions within the East of England sub-regional partnership's Economic Participation programmes. More quantitatively, she has worked on behalf of Transport for London examining the supply of new development business space in London and employment forecasting. She recently completed a database of all London's employment sites on behalf of the GLA.

Adala has undertaken a number of economic impact assessments, most recently on behalf of the Bristol Port Company regarding the impact of a new deep sea container terminal in Bristol. She has also participated in a research project examining the premises needs of SMEs in London on behalf of the London Development Agency.
Prior to joining RTP, she was employed at the London School of Economics as a Research Officer in the Geography Department.
