The Team
Chris is a chartered planning and development surveyor and chartered town planner with over twenty years' consultancy experience. He has wide-ranging experience of providing planning advice to public and private sector clients.
Chris works closely with property developers, landowners, retailers and local authorities to secure planning permission for housing, retail, leisure, and other commercial development projects. He is responsible for promotion, via the statutory planning system, of a variety of large scale mixed-use developments across England. He provides key town planning advice to, and leads, professional teams in securing planning consents.
Particular areas of expertise lie in planning and development issues relating to retail, employment, leisure and distribution-related development projects. Chris is an experienced strategic planner with a keen understanding of the implications of emerging policy on development.
Chris has been a partner of the firm since 1999 and currently runs the firm's Leicester office.
