The Team
Chris is a geographer and a planner with over 10 years' consultancy experience, and has worked on a range of projects for the public and private sector. He works at the interface between planning and economics within development projects, often as project manager but also providing specialist inputs.
Chris's experience includes:
- undertaking infrastructure assessments
- housing supply analysis, including strategic housing land availability assessments (SHLAAs)
- providing planning advice for public and private sector clients
- economic impact assessments
- economic strategy analysis, including employment land studies
