David is a Chartered Surveyor of over 20 years experience who specialises in land agency, development and valuation. He works for both private and public clients on a variety of commercial and residential projects. He has particular expertise in:

Residential, development and cashflow appraisals, affordable housing and section106 negotiations, viability reports for public and private sector clients, property market analysis and valuation appraisals, site assembly and developer selection, site disposals.
Commercial, site identification, acquisition, development management of projects, disposal to owner occupiers and investment sales.
Development finance, including HCA Gap Funding, ERDF, GBI and private investment funds
Property market research, supply and demand, value and cost trends, developer and investor performance in key sectors.
