The Team
Henry has specialises in identifying the infrastructure requirements of growth areas, their costs and funding, with specific experience on social and community infrastructure and on utilities. He also works on a wide range of other studies, including employment land studies, economic appraisals and economic impact assessments of development proposals in support of planning applications and appeals.
Henry was recently responsible for a study into the impact of the recession on a unitary authority in the South West, identifying both short term actions to mitigate the immediate impact and longer term ones to take advantage of the upturn. He is currently managing an employment land review in South West Hertfordshire, updating the firm's previous work in the area.
Henry was with RTP for 12 years, after a career in regeneration in local government, as freelancer, and working for Bethnal Green City Challenge.
