The Team
Jonathan joined the Leicester office in 2007 and has over six years' consultancy experience. He has worked on a wide variety of projects for clients in many different sectors.
Jon has particular expertise in private sector development having been involved with major residential and employment schemes. This includes making the case for large housing developments on behalf of national housebuilders and strategically significant employment schemes, with a particular emphasis on B8 development. Jon is also heavily involved with retail planning work for clients such as Next and the Co-op. This includes advising on a range of planning matters and handling PPS4 assessments, planning applications and appeals.
In addition to his private sector work, Jon is experienced in policy work for the public sector, such as retail studies and development briefs for local authorities and regeneration agencies. Recent experience also includes preparatory work for a nationally significant infrastructure proposal on behalf of a regional development agency.
