Nora leads our regeneration work.  She specialises in the social, economic and market aspects of strategic and area economic development.

She is an expert in combining planning, regeneration and economic development, with an emphasis on development delivery to improve local economic performance.  She works closely with her clients throughout the project life-cycle, often over many years.

Nora has particular expertise in:

Nora is a planner and development economist with 23 years' consultancy experience working for developers, local government, development agencies and regeneration partnerships.  She has been an external examiner for the University of Cardiff's MSc in Planning Policy and Research and speaks regularly on evidence-driven, deliverable masterplanning.
