The Team
Richard works on a wide range of projects but with specific regard to employment land and town centres. He has advised national government on the economy elements of PPS4 and also many of the former English regions together with many individual and groups of local authorities.
He works with local authorities help develop deliverable and defendable development plan policies; by balancing new houses with new jobs and ensuring economic development proposals are robust. He regularly presents at RTPI conferences addressing how to develop robust employment and town centre policies.
