Ruth has over 20 years' experience in town planning and the statutory planning system.
Ruth specialises in development control procedures and planning advice. She has first-hand experience of leading and negotiating with development teams on a diverse range of planning and regeneration projects from inception to decision.
Ruth regularly reports and advises on planning matters including development applications, planning policy documents and planning conditions and S106 Agreements. She is also experienced in the preparation and presentation of expert evidence on a range of planning issues for appeals and public inquiries.
