The Team
Stephanie Cesbron is an economist with ten years' consultancy experience in local development. Since starting at RTP in 2005, she has been provided quantitative analysis, employment forecasts and policy recommendations for employment land studies in Tower Hamlets, Camden, North Hampshire and Basingstoke and was also involved in the 2009 London Office Policy Review.
Stephanie has also developed a strong experience in the evaluations and appraisals of public programmes. She has worked on the evaluations of the West London City Strategy Pathfinder, the LDA Access to Finance programme, the London Employment & Training Framework and developed an evaluation framework for the London Skills & Employment Board. She has also produced appraisals and recommendations on the Economic Participation programme of Peterborough and Hertfordshire as well as the Rural Development for England Programme of East Hertfordshire.
One of her other areas of expertise is socio-economic impact assessments for both private developers and the public sectors. Her clients have included Rank Casino, the Combined Universities of Cornwall and a number of private developers.
Finally, Stephanie provides in-depth quantitative economic analysis and forecasts in order to assess the performance and prospects of local economies and understand competitiveness drivers. She recently managed the Richmond Local Economic Assessment and the Essex Jobs Targets study, and contributed to a number of transport studies in the South East of England.
