Suzanne Asher joined the firm's London office in 2001. A planner, she specialises in retail work and has managed several retail and leisure capacity studies for local authorities across London, the UK and Ireland. These studies have informed development plan documents and regeneration initiatives.
Suzanne has also undertaken specialist studies on independent retailers and street markets. For private clients she has prepared retail impact assessments to accompany planning applications and has made representations to development plan documents.
Suzanne works closely with the firm's economists on employment land studies for local authorities, as well as local employment land statements for private developers. In addition, she has undertaken research into affordable housing, key worker housing and new settlements.
