Tim is a chartered town planner with 25 years' professional planning experience in both public and private sectors.  He has extensive experience in advising clients on a wide range of planning and development matters, particularly in relation to residential, commercial, mixed-use and infrastructure projects.

Recently, Tim has acted for major national housebuilders and developers on significant brownfield and greenfield residential-led schemes, including a major sustainable urban extension to Northampton.  He has managed planning project teams on commercial and leisure developments and city centre mixed-use regeneration schemes and also led teams carrying out a Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment and Assessment of Potential Housing Allocation Sites for local authorities.
