Growth leads to new Manchester office for RTP
March 2009
Roger Tym & Partners' Manchester office has recently moved to new premises. This is due to expansion of the business both nationally and in the North West over the last 12 months.
RTP was established in London in 1973; the Manchester office opened in 1989.
Since then, the team has played a role in a number of key Manchester ventures, such as the Metrolink, Imperial War Museum North and the Bridgewater Hall. Our Manchester office has worked on many projects over its 20-year presence in the region, including the High Speed Rail Line, the Manchester Masterplan, congestion charging proposals, the recent Tesco/Everton Inquiry for Knowsley Council, and assessment of housing needs for local authorities across the North West. The team is currently working with clients such as Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester City Council and Gallagher Estates.
The new office is in a refurbished listed cotton warehouse near to St Peter's Square in Manchester city centre. We employed Howel-Evans and Opher Architects to design the fit out.
