Planning permission secured in Eccleston
June 2010
Planning permission secured for residential development in EcclestonFollowing negotiations with the local planning authority, Roger Tym & Partners has secured planning permission for the redevelopment of the site of Eccleston Methodist Church near St Helens. This follows from our assessment of the development potential of the site.
The church is a "locally distinctive building", which is now going to be demolished and replaced with seven residential buildings. Granted in June, the planning application was submitted in February 2010, on behalf of St Helens and Prescot Circuit, the freehold owners.
Roger Tym & Partners has worked in and around St Helens for many years, and has a successful track record of negotiating planning permission for the development of locally sensitive sites, with the local community in mind.
