Brett Associates, has been appointed to carry out a development
infrastructure funding study for the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea
Opportunity Area.The study will establish the infrastructure programme required, viability of development in the area and how a tariff, together with mainstream and more innovative forms of funding, can work to meet the necessary infrastructure costs of the area.
The client group includes the GLA, TFL, Wandsworth and Lambeth Councils.
