At the core of our approach is understanding the full economic potential of an area via baseline analysis and rigorous qualitative consultation. This approach optimizes the use of the wide range of spatial and non-spatial skills we offer, and our knowledge of different public and private sector agencies, their priorities and their budgets.
We make sense of multiple and often conflicting information sources to understand an area's pitfalls and assets, and to assess policy and budget alignment.
We work independently, as lead or as part of complex multi-disciplinary teams.
