In the last three years alone, Roger Tym & Partners has produced some 40 employment land reviews, evidence bases and guidance documents.
We advise developers, landowners and local authorities, giving site-specific advice and expert evidence at public examinations and inquiries. In the Government’s 2004 Guidance Note on Employment Land Reviews, around half the good practice examples relate to our work.
We undertake a range of studies providing advice across a wide range of clients. This includes advising central government on employment land policy, undertaking regional level studies for regional planning bodies and reviews for individual and groups of local authorities. We also work for private sector clients requiring specialist site and area-specific advice.
