Establishing the effectiveness of new policy initiatives and projects
Roger Tym & Partners assesses whether a project or policy is likely to be deliverable, effective and value for money. Evaluation establishes whether a project or policy has achieved what it set out to do, and provides the basis for improving projects and their delivery and policy and its practice. Appraisal predicts the likely impacts and costs, weighing the merits of alternative approaches and selecting the best course of action.
We undertake a wide range of feasibility work, typically for regeneration projects that will be part-financed by the public sector. We assess mixed-use schemes in town and city centres involving land assembly and cross-finance for ‘public sector good' projects. We:
