We advise planning authorise, property developers and landowners on the future of sites and areas, be it for employment development or transfer to housing or alternative uses.
We have defended our findings, and the policies and proposals based on them, at many planning examinations and inquiries. We advised Communities and Local Government on the new draft PPS4 and accompanying guidance and are already applying the new ‘whole-economy’ approach in practice.
