We undertake a wide range of feasibility work, typically for projects that will be part-financed by the public sector. Our work includes a wide range of projects in regeneration, the arts and tourism – from mixed-use schemes in town and city centres involving land assembly and cross-finance for ‘public sector good’ projects, to new theatres, galleries, museums, concert halls and workspace projects. We:

specify projects to achieve our clients’ objectives
prepare business plans
forecast market demand and take-up
carry out financial appraisals
advise on delivery.

Examples of our feasibility work include:


Anchor Warehouse, Falmouth - A feasibility study of proposed conversion of a listed warehouse building to provide workspace for artists, an art gallery and other uses.
