Feasibility Impact Appraisal & Evaluation + Feasibility

We undertake a wide range of feasibility work, typically for projects that will be part-financed by the public sector. Our work includes a wide range of projects in regeneration, the arts and tourism – from mixed-use schemes in town and city centres involving land assembly and cross-finance for ‘public sector good’ projects, to new theatres, galleries, museums, concert halls and workspace projects. We:

  • specify projects to achieve our clients’ objectives
  • prepare business plans
  • forecast market demand and take-up
  • carry out financial appraisals
  • advise on delivery.
Examples of our feasibility work include:

Anchor Warehouse, Falmouth Tourism (Hadrian's Wall) Laurieston

Anchor Warehouse, Falmouth - A feasibility study of proposed conversion of a listed warehouse building to provide workspace for
artists, an art gallery and other uses.

Tourism (Hadrian’s Wall) - Undertook a site search for a new Story Centre for visitors to Hadrian’s Wall in Northumberland.

Laurieston - Glasgow Local Development Strategy and Master Plan.
