Planning for Development + MASTERPLANS, SPATIAL STRATEGIES

Examples of recent masterplanning and spatial strategy projects include:

the masterplans and delivery strategies for four of the URCs – Hull Citybuild, Leicester Regeneration Company, the New Swindon Company and the Walsall Regeneration Company; the regeneration and spatial strategy for Bridlington; the city centre development strategy for Swansea; the strategies for the Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire and Ashford growth areas; and the masterplan for an extension to Bathgate in West Lothian at Wester Inch.
