Planning for Development + Planning applications

We are consistently successful in securing consents in a very wide range of circumstances and often in complex situations – including mixed use schemes in city and town centres, retail and leisure schemes on non-centre sites, large housing consents on greenfield as well as brownfield land, the re-use of sites allocated for employment; and schemes requiring revision to greenbelt land.

Examples of consents achieved include :

Bedfont Lakes, where RTP secured a revision to the green belt and planning permission for one of the UK’s foremost business parks; residential schemes for a range of housebuilders in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Northhamptonshire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Manchester and Scotland; and mixed use and retail schemes, within and outside town and city centres, in Ludlow, Stockport, Manchester, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Glasgow, and Hull.
