Philip is a chartered surveyor with over seven years' experience.
Philip has an in-depth understanding of the property market, in particular in development and regeneration. He offers expertise in complex financial viability analysis, masterplanning, town centre and mixed-use development and strategic property work.
His track record includes major mixed-use developments in Kent Thameside (part of the Thames Gateway), the Olympics legacy masterplan, a commercial assessment of a development tariff for North Northants and the disposal of development sites in Ashford town centre.
Philip has previously worked for both the private and public sectors, including developers Derwent London and SEEDA.
