The Team
Shilpa is a chartered town planner and economist with over twenty year’s experience. She works at the interface of planning and development economics, bringing a creative, pragmatic and delivery orientated approach to her work. Shilpa is a strong project manager, and is particularly good at liaising with communities, businesses and wider range of stakeholders.
Shilpa’s recent experience includes:

Preparing CIL compliant infrastructure delivery plans

Producing defendable evidence for S106 charges and CIL charging schedules

Developing site assessment toolkits to inform employment and housing DPDs

Preparing master plans and delivery vehicles for seaside, forestry and world heritage locations

Leading on planning applications for various clients

Facilitating community group bids for funding and developing neighbourhood plans

Facilitating client workshops for developers, communities and wider stakeholders
Shilpa works closely with her clients though out the project life and prides herself in having a strong track record of high quality and timely project delivery.
