She is particularly good at understanding complex technical concepts and working to take them to the market place.
Experience includes property and regeneration, civil engineering, marine and coastal development, sustainability, energy and environmental technologies.
Lucy joined Roger Tym & Partners in 2007. She has previously worked with AMEC Developments (now Muse), Arup, ISIS Waterside Regeneration and British Waterways.
She speaks French, German and Italian and has worked across Europe.
