Specialist in development planning and mediation
John is a strategist, who negotiates firmly but fairly and is a gifted presenter. He is an experienced planner, in both the public and private sectors, with experience of inquiries and applications across the whole land-use range.
He has the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and accessible way and regularly speaks at conferences. He is an accredited mediator and a member of the multi-disciplinary RICS Planning Mediation Group, tasked with supporting mediation in the planning system.
John joined Roger Tym & Partners in 2007. Before this, he held senior positions in major consultancies, including CBRE and Turley Associates.
